Our Returns Policy
We’ve donated over a quarter of a million dollars over the past five years to support our community, including to World Vision during the Bali Appeal, to the Breast Cancer Research Breakfasts, Miss Italia Quest 2008, the Bicycle Film Festival, Funraisers for Lifeline, Moreland City Council’s East Timor Campaign and the Coburg Baptist Church, as well as to PLAN communites towards the prevention of HIV/AIDS in children of Africa.
A Positive Future for Farmers
We have also established a close partnership with the Fair Trade Association of Australia and New Zealand (FTAANZ) in supporting the Fair Trde Fortnight in Melbourne, including the running and sponsorship of the world’s first Fair Trade Latte Art Challenge in May 2008 and again in 2009, and of ‘Palpitations’, a free publication for Melbourne city released to promote Fair Trade products across Victoria.
Progressive Action
Our next big goal as a company is to work towards becoming the most sustainably progessive and resource efficient coffee roaster in Australia. As a signatory to the United Nations Global Compact, we are committed to aligning our operations and strategies with ten universally accepted principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment and anti-corruption. Essentially ,we deliver more than just coffee – we support everyone in the coffee community, from producer to drinker!
