The Gente Coffee comes from the Nogales Lot on Finca Buenos Aires. Specialising in creating microclimates through use of natives trees and crops this farm is perfectly positioned for producing quality coffee offerings.
Gente is a special edition that comes from hours of experimentation with different elements in anaerobic fermentation before finally arriving at a 600 hour Carbonic Maceration Coffee.
Tasting Notes
Aroma's of Grapefruit, Orange and Caramel, this low berry acidity coffee has fine wood notes and a wild sweet flavour.
