Guatemala Los Cedros de Palmira
Grown in Huehuetenango, known for it's high altitude and consistent dry weather, coffee from this region is produces spectacular acidity and fruity flavours.
The name of the farm comes from the cedar trees planted in the area many years ago, which now provide shade and protection to the coffee plants below. Incredible care is taken when the coffee goes through the wash process, monitoring and removing any damaged beans. The cloudy days allow for a slow dry and a more stable coffee, as evidenced by the fantastic end product.
