Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Konga Natural Process

At the beginning of the season, a small number of farmers are chosen as they have the capacity to select and deliver perfectly ripe coffee cherries to the central mill facility at Konga. They carefully restore any imperfections and the cherries are carefully dried in the sun for 21 days until they darken to the colour of cranberries. This coffee was isolated and milled separately as an experiment to see if the production would be improved. It resulted in a coffee that is filled with concentrated flavours and extremely delectable citric tones. The experiment was a
huge success! Hence we are very proud to be offering this coffee to you to experience.

Tasting Notes

 Bright & sparkling acidity, flavours of plum, sweet peach and red berries. Elegant mouthfeel with a zesty finish.
