COVID - 19 Policy

To our dear valued customers

We're sure you have already received many emails like this, but as you are important to us, we need to ensure you know what we are doing about COVID-19.

We are continuing to monitor and adhere to the latest advice from the Australian Federal and Victorian Governments in relation to preventing the spread of COVID-19.

Our team is following recommendations from the World Health Organisation including Australian National and State public health advisors to ensure you are able to purchase and receive your coffee as safely as ever.

All staff members are actively following strict social distancing guidelines, as well as good hygiene recommendations
Any Coffex staff members with the slightest symptoms are instructed to work from home where possible.

In response to COVID-19, we have introduced additional safeguards with respect to coffee deliveries and equipment servicing:-
lf your coffee is being delivered via Coffex Delivery Driver
• All drivers are required to attempt and maintain, wherever practical, a minimum distance of 1.5m when delivering
• You will be asked to sign with your own pen
If your goods are being sent via Startrack or courier or Australia Post:

  • All parcels will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. The third party staff member will ask and record your name and sign on your behalf. You will still need to be present for this to occur, but contact will be minimised by goods being left to the customer to collect.

Services -_Coffee machines/grinders
All on-site preventative maintenance will be suspended in the short term and will be regularly reviewed based on up to date recommendations.
All emergency breakdowns will continue as normal.

We are still committed to continuing our high level of service, now with extra safety and precaution.
