This June we are thrilled to be offering a free bunch of Fairtrade roses with every 1kg of limited-edition Fairtrade Festival blend sold from 11-22 June (first 100 orders only).
What you’ll get:
A bunch of beautiful and fresh Fairtrade Roses. As a new product in the Australian market, money made from Fairtrade Roses provides support to farmers ensuring sustainable farming methods. Fairtrade ANZ has also been working with flower farms in places like Ethiopia and Kenya to ensure development opportunities and fair pay for the many women workers.
1kg of Festival Blend, a delicious coffee only produced for very special occasions. A medium roast with dark chocolate and caramel flavours balanced out with a gentle citrus acidity and a full body to finish. This blend uses Fairtrade greens beans from the Papua New Guinea HOAC CO-OP. The money made by selling these beans goes towards improving the life of the community. In recent years this has included projects like installing a gravity-fed water supply system that provides fresh water for 5 villages, or nearly 5000 people.
